The service was good, no problems. I loved Gia except for the fact that she was very dense, way too much hair. If I am able to thin it without ruining it, I will love it. I wish the pictures were more accurate or the descriptions were more defined.

It's always an adventure with clearance, as you never know exactly what you will get, especially with colour applications. I was expecting a near white/lightest grey as a 56-60-r8. I got a colour closer to 19/23 ss, with no white or grey...and I love it!

I ordered the Amore 'Farren' wig. I like everything about this wig except the knots on the lace front are too dark - I'm probably going to have to cut bangs to hide the knots which is not the style I wanted. The delivery has also been very slow. I've ordered 2 wigs and it's taken about a month to receive each. The first one did not indicate when I ordered it that it would be on 'pre-order' and the 2nd one didn't tell me until the end of ordering it. Typically, when we order a wig we are anticipating wearing it soon and sometimes for a special event or vacation so the long delivery time is disappointing. It seems like a company should keep wigs in stock to keep customers happy.

I love this topper. Shipping was a bit slow but I got it. Chiquel is a great online wig store. This is where I but most of my wigs.

La couleur que j ai choisie très jolie avec mon teint. Longueur parfaite. Surtout, lorsque j ai fait cette commende la couleur n était pas la bonne. J'ai demandé par mail de changé pour une autre couleur. Il mon répondu que le changement a été effectué. Merci pour le service.
