Never book a choice hotel chain! Worst customer service, not helpful. None of their hotels have good reviews, all hotels are dirty and low quality. They don’t care about customers feed back or take complaints seriously.

The worst customer service of any hotel chain. They were incompetent, unhelpful, and didn't offer any solution to my problem. I wanted to book a specific hotel, but the agent booked a different one instead. When I realized the mistake, I tried to cancel the reservation, but they told me it was non-refundable and non-cancellable. Even though it was their error, they didn't want to help. Customer service said only the hotel could cancel my reservation, but when I called the hotel, they told me only customer service could do it. I spent hours on the phone but they wouldn't do anything. I canceled my credit card and reported them to AMEX. In my experience, Choice Hotels are usually dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the money. Never stay at any brand of Choice Hotels.

Woodspring Suites Farmington Hills MI. I am writing this review because of the outstanding service render by Mya the Front Desk Supervisor. Due to the conditions of the weather and other circumstances beyond our control. Mya was very understanding and professional concerning our matter, she showed excellent management skills in handling the situation with great care and effectiveness. Thank you, Woodspring Suites, for such a great employee.

Hands down, The Quality Inn, 53 West St. Ashland, NH, is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I stayed in rm. 208. Honestly, I can't say one positive thing about the place. Odors, mold, wallpaper falling off the wall. Etc, etc. The management couldn't care less. I sent corporate, the photos, to show them what a pit it was, to no avail. Stay away...

In januari een overnachting geboekt en betaald voor juli. In maart een mail gekregen dat het hotel niet langer bij de keten hoort maar dat ik bij het hotel moet zijn. Die zeggen geen betaling te hebben en Choice hotels biedt me als goedmakertje alleen wat punten en reageerd nu niet meer op mijn emails. Verselijk onbeschoft om zo bestolen te worden.

I am loath even to leave a one-star review. We stayed at the Quality Inn in St. Petersburg Florida at 2595 North 34th Ave. To say that the place was FILTHY would be a colossal understatement. Next, the people who run it do not care one whit about the customer experience. Could not get towels to swim in the pool and they never even told us what was customary at their hotel. We asked for towels one night because we used ours for the pool. They never brought the towels. The front desk is sometimes manned by a young man who will finish speaking on the phone before even looking at you. If he had a cell phone to his ear I would have grabbed it and hung up. Finally, the service in the day was very good. I only wish that the crew at night was half as good. I'll never stay there again. I'll pay the few extra bucks for a good hote.

Scam-ey website, tried to cancel, got a network error and message that I have to call. When you call, the person will pretend they have IT issues and need to give you a call back. They never call back. They also ask for all your details and try to make cringe small talk. I called twice, it did not work, literally called the hotel and cancelled within 5 seconds.

Choice hotels discriminates against the Military and those that use the military rate when booking a room. The military and government employees are the only customers that are specifically prohibited from using the Choice Hotels Lowest Price Guarantee program. Even when the price discounts that AAA, AARP and seniors get are the exact same price per room as the Military discount.
