Chowbus is an Asian food ordering platform. The food from Chowbus is not the kind you find at the mall or in an airport food court — but the kind you find at top-tier restaurants (big and small) that truly embody the flavor of their culture. Whether you're craving dim sum, dumplings, or boba, Chowbus has you covered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (or whenever you are hungry!) If you are unfamiliar with the dishes or do not know what to order, a quick browse through our fullscreen photo menus will help you find your answer.

Terrible service, full of scam, over 30% delivery fees, and with many hidden fees without being disclosed until you are charged. I would give it 0 star if I could! Stay away from Chowbus - I will never use it again!

I ordered from chowbus last month for delivery from a good restaurant and it was pretty good but when I ordered this time I didn’t notice that I ordered pickup instead of delivery. When I contacted them they’re telling me that they no longer do delivery services!! I don’t even have a car so I’m now asking friends if they can pick up my food for me. And get this, on the website, right next to the customer service section it was the driver service section and their telling me they don’t have deliver services anymore.

They can only give you a 90 minute window even after the food has been picked up. It's pretty ridiculous.

Ordered for pick up. Store never received. Ended up being a donation for Chowbus?

Do no use this place! They steal your money and will not pay it back. They do not believe in a telephone for someone to call them to complain. They do not respond to your chat messages. Absolutely the worst!!!

I AM A DRIVER AND TOO MUCH FAVORITISM/DISCRIMINATION IS SHOWN. I HAVE ALREADY HAD SEVERAL BAD EXPERIENCES AND IT HAS ONLY BEEN 2 MONTHS SINCE I STARTED.

I recieved two conflicting and delayed pickup times from chowbus that were 52 minutes apart from each other and so I waited over an hour (exactly 1 hour and 17 minutes) from the time I placed my order which originally said I would have to wait 25 minutes.

Like others, I'm very frustrated with their ridiculous delivery times. 2.5 hours for a 20 minute drive is unacceptable.
