Chowbus is an Asian food ordering platform. The food from Chowbus is not the kind you find at the mall or in an airport food court — but the kind you find at top-tier restaurants (big and small) that truly embody the flavor of their culture. Whether you're craving dim sum, dumplings, or boba, Chowbus has you covered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (or whenever you are hungry!) If you are unfamiliar with the dishes or do not know what to order, a quick browse through our fullscreen photo menus will help you find your answer.

The Chowbus points are totally a scam. I accumulated points at a restaurant but have no way to redeem them, either online or in-store. When I check out, there is no "points," "rewards," or "coupons" option to redeem them. Its mobile app is not for users, but for restaurant admins.

Received a text that my order was ready for pickup. After 35 minutes I finally got my order. The restaurant’s only comment was “we very busy”. Never again. Will choose anywhere but a ChowBus restaurant!

if I could leave zero stars I would. delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and then wouldn't take responsibility for a $130 order of food. do not use this delivery service unless you want to light your money on fire.

Dishonest company. Sell refurnished hardware without disclosing it on the contract. Charge a lot more than the CC rate on the contract.

Order through a app for a medium sized restaurant chain and the order was processed through chowbus.... My goodness they tacked on an additional 10% in fees and took a 25% tip which is fine I guess as long as it goes to the merchant and when I talked to the merchant they indicated they don't see any of that so essentially this company added 35% to my order and kept it all for themselves just straight up grift and thievery My god no shame

I wish I could give zero. Terrible service + hidden fee. I made a pickup order via google map order today(by default Chowbus service)and arrived 1min earlier than the estimated ready time. But it wasn’t not even made yet. I asked if the restaurant can cancel my order. She said she was not able to do it. And I was not able to do that on my end as well!!! And I realized that the price was also higher and 5%transaction was charged… I will never use their service anymore.
