My smores ornament arrived in perfect condition, professionally packaged and shipped. The price was fair and communication from the seller was good.

This company is fantastic! The ornaments are beautiful, much prettier than pictured and Amanda in customer service was awesome! There was one little glitch on the personalized ornament, I reached out to the company and a new ornament was on its way in less than 24 hours! They've definitely got a repeat customer with me.

The ornament arrived broken. Not to mention, it was a cheap knock off of an ornament I've seen elsewhere and assumed was the same thing I was buying. Update: they refunded me! Thanks!

Hi Michael, I'm so sorry your order arrived damaged, I have given you a full refund. We always strive to rectify any issues with broken or damaged orders and are happy to provide refunds to our customers or to send the product again for any damaged orders. This ornament is an authentic Cody Foster Sophia ornament shown in the picture on the product page. Selling authentic items is a commitment we uphold, a reflection of our core values as a mom-and-pop store with over 35 years in business. I'm truly sorry you weren't satisfied with your order. Thanks so much, Stephen

Offered a 10% purchase coupon but won’t honor it because of another sale discount now being offered. You should honor it in addition since it was offered because of my initial purchase. Everything else was fine.
