I had purchased 2 of your ornaments in Sedona but they didn't have the 3rd for my 3 sisters. When I ordered it from you, it came right away on time, so now I can give them to ALL my sisters!

The website was well organized and despite the name of The Christmas Loft, there was plenty of items to pick from for the whole year round. Quick delivery was a real plus too.

I was so excited to find the ornament I wanted and have it shipped quickly and reasonably. I first found the ornament through a seller that was going to charge over $50 to ship it. Are they kidding? I will definitely order from the Christmas Loft again in the future!

This was my first time ordering and was so pleased! Starting my Lemax village collection and was worried about things breaking in transit. Everything was carefully packaged and arrived perfect! Customer service even emailed when something wasn't available! Placing my second order, as we speak!
