Ciao Italy is an amazing tour company. Flavia, our main contact, put together an amazing job of attending to every last detail. Every aspect of the experience was first class, including hotels, drivers, local guides, etc. we definitely plan on using ciao Italy again for future travel.

We used a number of different organizations during our trip, this was by far the best of all of them. On time, efficient, great people who work for them. Highly recommend.

Ciao Italy did a fabulous job arranging our last minute trip to Sicily. The accommodations, tour guides and drivers that Ciao Italy arranged were amazing! The Hotel Boras was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our tour guide Marina was a wealth of knowledge and just so sweet! And our drivers were friendly, efficient and safe. I have to compliment our driver, Cenzo for not only getting us to my grandfathers village safely, but helping us locate our family there! That is something we never thought would happen. Ciao Italy soiled us and I can’t imagine planning a trip to Italy without using them again!

Ciao Italy crafted an unforgettable journey for my clients trip to Rome, Florence and Sorrento. Flavia provided a comprehensive and well-executed Roman holiday with a touch of the Amalfi Coast's magic. Her expertise and local knowledge ensured a smooth and enriching experience. Highly recommended for those seeking a taste of Italy's historical and scenic treasures.

My clients loved the Itinerary that Ciao Italy put together with us for Venice, Florence and Rome. The transfer companies and the tour companies were top notch and professional. My clients were very comfortable and happy with everything. This was their first time in Italy and because of Flavia's planning and the companies that Ciao Italy works with, every part of the trip was fabulous. Having someone at the airport and the hotel and the train station, waiting to help them to their next destination, was perfect and I don't think they will travel any other way again.

Sinda from Ciao Italy Tours did an amazing job with my clients who went on a three city Italian whirlwind in six days -- Florence, Rome, Venice. In addition to the fact that it was very last minute -- less than 8 days lead time. Hotels, trains and tours in each city, Golf cart tour in Florence along with cooking class. Clients had a superb experience!
