CIBT literally saved our vacation. I noticed 2 weeks prior to our departure that my husbands passport expired a month earlier. I called the local Gov't agencies that you can go to as the owner and walk thru yourself but the closest on was Denver Colorado 6 states away. it would have cost more to fly there and do it ourselves than what CIBT charged. All the closer drivable locations were completely booked.

No offensive words allowed? What fun would that be? Nevertheless, my experience with CIBT was perfect! Elizabeth told me what to do, I did it and when I didn't, she pseudo scolded me. It worked! I showed up at the consulate totally prepared thus extremely quick turnaround for my visa!!! As I said, perfect! Thank you very much Elizabeth and CIBT! They didn't make me say that!

CIBTVisas is awesome! We partnered with them to help out with visas for our faculty who teach seminars in India. This was always a stressful and frustrating process, and it was such a relief to be able to hand the process over to CIBT. CIBT has excellent service and super fast! In need of a last minute passport and no one was able to help, unless I wanted to fly to the State Department and beg for them to take me without an appointment. CIBT somehow had appointments and was able to help in less than a week. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Extremely bad service from the first minute, promises of service, mistakes and late submittance, would not use again. Do not select guided service. they guide you through nothing
