Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. The Unfollowers feature is active and functioning. As an official X (Twitter) partner, we rely on their API to fetch data. Sometimes, due to temporary issues on X's end, results may not show up right away—but this is usually resolved after your next login. We’d really like to check what might have happened in your case. If you could reach out to our support team with the email linked to your account, we’ll be happy to look into it and assist you further. Thanks again for your patience—we’re here to help. Best / Kevin

We looked into your case and want to clarify that your "like deletion" process has already been successfully running. In fact, over 85,000 likes have already been deleted, and the remaining ones are continuing to be removed gradually. As an official X (Twitter) partner, we strictly follow X’s API usage limits to ensure your account’s safety. These speed limits are in place not to restrict, but to protect your account from being flagged or locked due to aggressive activity. We understand it can feel slow, but rest assured: the process is ongoing, and your data is being handled securely and responsibly. We appreciate your patience, and we’re here to help — our support team is always monitoring and happy to assist. If you’d like, please reach out again so we can follow up more personally and ensure everything is progressing smoothly. / Kevin

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, and I'm really sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused. As an official X (formerly Twitter) partner, our data relies entirely on what X's API provides. We don’t generate or manipulate this data independently—everything shown in your dashboard reflects the information returned by Twitter's systems. Occasionally, discrepancies can occur due to temporary glitches or delays in the Twitter API. This might explain the unusual numbers you're seeing, such as more fake accounts than actual subscribers. To address this, we've added a "SYNC" button on your dashboard. If you notice anomalies like this, please click the SYNC button to manually refresh your account data. After syncing, it may take some time for the updated and accurate data to be fetched. If the issue persists after syncing, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team again. We’re here to help, and we’ll do our best to resolve it for you. Thanks again for your patience and understanding. / Kevin

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your disappointment. We understand your frustration. In the past, we proudly offered many of our features for free. However, due to recent changes under the new management at X (formerly Twitter), API access now comes with significantly higher costs—even for basic data. As an official X partner, we are required to pay these high API fees, which unfortunately makes it impossible for us to continue offering our services for free. The demo accounts are shown to provide users with a transparent preview of the features available on a paid plan. We genuinely appreciate your one-star review and take all feedback seriously. Please know that if X ever removes or reduces the API costs for developers, we are fully committed to bringing back free access for our users. We’ll continue working hard to improve, and we truly hope to earn a five-star review from you in the future. / Kevin

We're really sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. The issue was caused by a problem on Twitter's side, which affected the performance of our service. As an official Twitter partner, we depend on Twitter’s API, and unfortunately, this was out of our control. We reported the issue to Twitter as soon as it appeared and had been waiting for their resolution. Thankfully, they resolved the problem yesterday, and everything should now be working properly again. Please give it another try — things should be back to normal now. If you’re still facing any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out. We also understand that you couldn’t use our product during this time, and we believe that period should be added back to your balance. Kindly send us an email with the details of your account, and our team will make sure you're compensated for the downtime. Once again, we truly apologize for the disruption. We're sad that we couldn’t fix it ourselves sooner, but we appreciate your patience while we worked with Twitter to resolve it. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you’ll give us one more try. / Kevin
