Switched to Shock Hosting after a decade at my former provider. I loved their service but they had just gotten too expensive for their three-year deal and were less forthcoming with loyalty discounts. Decided to take a chance on Shock based on their pricing and good reviews. The cPanel transfer went smoothly and all I had to do was switch some Cloudflare DNS settings. So far I don't notice any difference in speed or features - and that's a really good thing. The representative I chatted with about migrating my account was very responsive and helpful. No issues so far and very happy.

Decided to shout-out after various positive experiences topped off by a recent kind gesture - a real gem in cPanel hosting as personally attested by a multi-hat network engineer! 1. Competitive pricing with more generous resource limits (1M inode & 1k IOPS) than every big names at the top of Google searches! 2. Comes with paid MailChannels outbound filtering that targets inbox delivery. 3. Even support tickets raised as low priority got responded to within half an hour, with enough details for an informed client. 4. Comes with paid AccelerateWP. A few more aspects network guys tend to notice: 5. No outdated listings in their Softaculous catalogue. 6. Dedicated IPv4 & IPv6 included with reverse DNS properly setup - excellent for email sender reputation. 7. All background server services (daemons) are always up, email filter test is actually usable, unlike other providers I used. 8. 100% uptime indeed as far as I can detect. Discovered recently they do $10 renewal for .com, .net, .org that aren't listed on tld-list.com, tldes.com; vs Cloudflare, Spaceship, Porkbun!

I run a small hosting business, helping a few local clients alongside running my own projects. The support response time was probably the fastest resolution i have ever experienced on a support ticket, with a reply in less than 5 minutes from a real person! The original plan, was to migrate all my services over to Shock, but i've been procrastinating. Over the last few Days, i have migrated nearly all my hosted services to Shock, and super happy with everything. The sites load superfast, Support has been fantastic, and everything is set up so it just works! No contacting and having to jump through hurdles just to get support to enable a specific PHP package. Ashton, who I believe is the owner, has been super helpful, nothing is to much work! The customer service and support is defiantly the best i have ever experienced, and I’ve had experience with many hosting providers! Shockhosting has hosted various sites and servers of mine for over half a decade and their service has been perfect and honestly in those years I have never witnessed any downtime. They claim 100% uptime and we'll it's true for me at the very least. I also tried out their reseller plans and it's the best reseller I've used hands down. Their vps options are good too and never had issues their either.
