Great experience using CitizenShipper for our sweet pup Janna and getting her to a secure location. Transport company was very nice and patient in answering all our questions and communicative on the day of transport. Great experience!

This was great. A rep from CitizenShipper had a call with me and explained everything. I posted what I needed and I got more than a dozen quotes of folks willing to transport the pets. I was able to ask them questions about their experience and get a feel for them. I made my selection and it all worked out great.

I’m not going to lie I was scared but not scared about Leo traveling over 1k miles without me. However, with the frequent updates my fears were eased. I was sent timely updates with pics and videos. Leo was on an adventure and he was enjoying the ride. Yes I would absolutely recommend and use them again if I ever needed.

Watching your worries turn into excitement as you saw Leo enjoying his 1,000+ mile adventure must have been such a relief! We’re so glad the frequent updates, photos, and videos helped you feel connected along the way. Thank you for trusting CitizenShipper and for recommending our reliable transport network to others who need a little extra peace of mind during a long trip!

Best value for the money. Took excellent care of my dog, provided lots of updates, and even gave me my GoodDog discount retro actively ( after I forgot to put it in after I paid the booking fee). I couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend!
