Unfortunately I couldn’t use the hearing aids, but as promised I returned them for a refund and received it with no problem. Excellent customer service!

Hi Nancy, We appreciate your comment SO much!! I know these did not work for you BUT your comment screams volumes that you received all the support you needed while making the decision to get different Rx hearing aids to help with you specific hearing issues.
