Top Notch - Just As Advertised. A lot of services say they are going to take over and do all the work, Daniel and his team actually execute on that. During the busiest time of the year, they were able to get this project done, exactly how I envisioned, and with minimal effort from my side. All I had to do was provide good info during the onboarding, and give feedback 2-3 times. They delivered on KPI improvements as well, as we are seeing better returns from our flows across the boards. Can't really complain, and that's why I'm here to advocate. If you're on the edge, this should be your sign to dive in. You won't be disappointed. I've already made my investment back within 45 days.

Scheduled a call after completing a questionnaire on the website. The call was cancelled just a few hours before with no reason, no rescheduling. But a few weeks later I started to receive emails from them as I'd been put on some mailing list, and trying to sell me with some cheap templates. Basically a cheap switchbait. I read that this last minute cancelling also happened to another person on another review website. EDIT: Appears the company replied back saying they don't know who I am, but this makes no sense. I have a pretty unique first name. And I also emailed back to their bait & switch email saying 'what gives'. So I don't know how they can pretend not to be able to identify the case. For some more detail on the bait & switch: basically a few weeks after 'rejecting' me, i started to get emails from ClassAMedia, which included templates for using in email flows - exactly what they originally claim they can do with expert setup in 30 days. I guess by baiting you into believing they are an expert, but rejecting all applicants, they can wash off this responsibility. And then send templates which you might feel are worth buying. The templates don't even come with the flow themselves, so I have no idea how it could be of any use beyond templates freely available on Canva and elsewhere.

Instead, we share free resources and guidance to support your growth until the timing is right. That said, we understand your frustration regarding the cancelled call. While it’s rare, we aim to notify and support prospects even if we can’t proceed. We’ve looked into our database and couldn't find anyone under the name “Sunit Snd,” so if there’s been a mix-up or miscommunication, we’d be happy to clear that up. We’re not in the business of bait-and-switch tactics, and it’s disheartening to hear that’s how the interaction came across. That’s certainly not our intention, nor how we operate. Your feedback helps us ensure we communicate our process more clearly moving forward. Again, this is not a review we view as negative as it further solidifies our position in ensuring we work with people we feel we can deliver for. And yes, like any proper business we have solutions for all shapes and sizes but for the offer you’re claiming to have inquired about we likely canceled the meeting due to it not being a fit. We had a secondary offer for businesses who are not qualified. That is not considered bait and switch. We have the choice to choose who we feel we can help, and who we cannot. Understandable that is insulting for some, but refreshing for others. While most agencies take on anything that breathes - we do not out of respect to our team and clients. We work hard to have squeaky clean reviews. But for someone who has not worked with us, nor experienced our process again we cannot regard this as viable. (Again, considering we do not recognize this name - if you can share the email you used that’d be more helpful). Wishing you all the best in your business journey.
