Ordered a pair of glasses with progressive lenses. The lenses were terrible (the near sighted part was far too low). Inquired about fixing the lenses, but was told that was not possible. The previous owners of ClassicSpecs had flawless customer service. Perhaps why they went out of business. The customer service of the current owners is atrocious.

After Lasik surgery I needed a number of 'readers'. Cheapies were out, too fragile and just didn't work well. I tried three companies, Classic Specs was second in my opinion and at first really liked them. Bought two premium pairs. My dog got ahold of a pair and broke a lens in half. Contacted Classic Specs to have the lens replaced. Flat out told me NO, you have to buy a new pair. They were very slow to respond the first time and did not respond when I asked for further explanation as this was just wrong. Horrible Customer Service and I do not recommend!

Great glasses, you hold and were your glasses, nobody can tell how much you paid for it, I look at other glasses at $200 prices but I felt this is a cheap bad quality glasses. But classic specs look like very expensive glasses I already got one pair and I will get two more pairs after the holidays, I'm getting lenses at this time and I already missed my glasses, I can't wait to get them back and were my new glasses. fast shipping and great customer service.

I can't tell you how long I waited for my ashfords low bridge to come back in stock. Only thing that was unfortunate was I signed up for updates on when it will come back in stock and didn't receive that communique, I just happened to be browsing the site and found that they were back in stock. So I quickly snatched it up. Shipping was really fast considering it was coming from the eastcoast all the way to california. Glasses were a perfect fit for my wide face and now I wished I had my prescriptions made into this frame because they're so comfortable.

I love my glasses. And the price was great. I would like to have had more notification about delivery date, though. I heard nothing for 2 or 3 weeks, then I received an email telling me they were in my mailbox. I hadn't checked my mailbox that day! Prior notification would be appreciated.
