It's true that it does not protect against absolutely all spam, or registrations, and it would be very good if it had an option to directly block certain email domains, or to cover plugin registrations such as the WPforo forum system, but otherwise, It is an excellent antispam plugin.

Drastically cut down on the amount of spam content form submissions I have received so that only the genuine ones get through. Saving approx 20mins of my time each day instantly (as I was always fearful of deleting a genuine enquiry!)

I'm very pleased with CleanTalk. It has blocked spam on our Drupal contact form that slipped through the Honeypot module.

Yep - this totally works, eliminates all spam, no false positives/negatives. After trialling it for 6 months, I've added it to all my sites.
