I had 2 websites associated with ClearSale, both accounts associated to the same email. I told them 2 months ago that I do not wish to work with them any more in any capacity. They're still charging me claiming I only cancelled their services for only 1 site. Scammers.

They will ding you on every technicality and then charge you for it. We've used clearsale for a few years and they were good at the beginning. Near the end of 2024 they have begun to deny any form of fraud and claiming they're commercial disputes even with proof of purchase, proof of delivery with sigature. I had to fight tooth and nail on every single chargeback against clearsale for them to deny the claim, then process the chargeback claim myself. Now I have over $14000 in approved chargeback claims they have yet to pay me on and they're claiming I have to pay them for a chargeback they approved, for overdue invoices for charged 2-3 months AFTER services are rendered when I already paid for those months, AND I am put on some "churn" status without my knowledge.

We spent over $27,000 with clear.sale over the past 12 months and have virtually no chargeback reimbursements. We had a clear fraud incident and they denied our reimbursement claim. Since Experian bought this company, we have seen a noticeable service decline. You cannot reach anyone in customer service via telephone. When you email them, it's like your interacting with AI instead of a real person
