I'm sorry but that's just not accurate at all. We have some of the best support of any company on the entire Internet. 1. The last time you submitted a support ticket we responded to you within hours to help you with your issue. If you wanted to cancel your account, all you had to do was submit a ticket like last time. 2. You could have also cancelled your account yourself at any time by clicking two buttons within your account itself. 3. You could have also contacted us by submitting the public contact form on our website. 4. If you sent an email and it was returned, then you simply sent the email to the wrong address. We make it super easy to contact us, and to cancel your account if you no longer want to use ClickMagick, so what you're describing just isn't accurate at all. Your account has been cancelled, and a refund has been issued for your last payment.
