Easy to use interface and the design came back as expected on a good quality fabric. Sizing is slightly on the small compared with other jerseys but a minor niggle - will just have to cycle more!! Excellent top and excellent value.

Product first class but postage was extremely high for one shirt. £19.95

I had to review the set up 3 times which delayed the process and delayed the order being shipped. When I was given the delivery date I was unhappy since I ordered over a month in advance of when I needed them. I have ordered many items that were custom and never had this issue. When I contacted them I was told it was due to approval but I approved immediately each time. I was then told it would be an additional $123 to expedite the order. I refused to pay the additional cost since I did not feel it was my cost to bear. I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me and said they would expedite the shipment at no additional cost. I received the items quickly after that and was very pleased with the quality. My bowlers loved them and I will order from them again. Knowing their process, I will give them more time to prepare and ship.

The quality of the products were great, Ordered custom vintage rugby shorts. Though, the shipping was delayed 2 times (almost didn't come in time for my deadline). Good customer service and help before ordering custom clothing.

This is the 2nd Cycle jersey order we've placed with Clifton. We ordered the Curzon (all season fabric) which with its 4-way stretch fabric was true to our regular jersey fit and has a silky feel. We requested a few alterations like 2" longer short sleeves & the option of Raglan sleeve & Clifton design and manufacture helped steer on how best to make work with our selected jersey design and custom logo. In total x45 quality jerseys delivered within 4 week of design signed off. Club are delighted & proud to wear their jerseys. We look forward to placing a 3rd order!!

Let me start with the good, because there is a lot of it and it needs to be praised. The design process (in my case, rugby shirts for my sports team) was very easy and user friendly, there were lots of options and I was able to design them exactly as I wanted before even submitting the design for order without having to make special requests to the staff directly. The quality of the shirts is absolutely premium, and the price was even slightly better than competitors (10-25 shirts for £47 each, whereas other brands would need at least 20 orders for the same price). The acceptance of the order was easy and quick, and the customer service replies very quickly. Now, the minor issue. I received confirmation of order acceptance and beginning of production on the 15th of February 2022, and having selected the "Standard" service I expected delivery on or about the 15th of March with the quoted lead time of 30 days. Having received no shipping notification on the 15th of March, I enquired and discovered that the Standard service did not include a specified "deliver-by" date, and I really wished that this would have been made more clear, as I only found this out after I had waited a further 6 days (21st of March 2022) before emailing again to ask about the progress and being told the following. Having emailed again a few times, I was finally told that the delay was due to DHL being slowed down by a Covid-19 outbreak in the operational area. Of course, this is beyond Clifton's control and I do not blame them at all for the delay. However, it would have been nice to have been notified of the delay occuring without having to email back and forth a few times asking about progress. In conclusion, Clifton's service and products are both of optimal quality, and the only issues are, as I said, not making it clear enough that the standard service doesn't have a guaranteed deliver-by date and not being notified of courier delays. Aside from these two, I would recommend Clifton above competitors, and I can find no issue with the products I received.

It was an easy collaboration and the items arrived fast and complete.
