Hi Igor, we send a check-in each time you are about to complete your medication that you received. This is where we ask you how your progress has been, any questions or concerns, side effects, etc. that you may have experienced.
We also give you a call, at that time, to see how you are doing as you come to an end of your medication because we want to give the medication proper time to run its course. And of course, if you would like to continue receiving medication we assist with that as well but it is always up to you.
I'm seeing in our records that we called several times and communicated in email & text numerous times as well about your progress and/or changes that needed to be made.
This is not a quick-fix to lose weight, it takes time and is very effective if patients follow the instructions from our doctors & nutrition/exercise recommendations.
As per your complaint about the quality, we only dispense our medication from a state & federally licensed 503A pharmacy. They review the prescription for accuracy, fill the vial, and then double double review by two separate pharmacist for purity and making sure the correct amount gets dispensed to each patient.
One thing to note is that we only add the active ingredient of the medication and no extra additives like B12/B6, or any other additive that will dilute the most important ingredient to help with weight loss.
Sometimes, there may be confusion as to a plateau in weight loss and "quality" that some customers may say but at times, your body may get used to the medication and thus it might not seem as effective. Usually at that time, we recommend to either increase the dose or to a different medication all together. No different than if you went to your Primary Care Physician for any other medication.
Some patients get better results on Semaglutide and some patients get better results on Tirzepatide. It varies patient to patient.
I'd be happy to speak with you directly, as we are not allowed to give specifics about your results publicly, due to HIPAA.
Thank you,
Sal
