I love the Cliradex light foam; it really helps get my itchy eyes under control and the cooling sensation is so lovely and refreshing. It’s gentle enough that it doesn’t cause any discomfort but it also really gets the job done. Customer service is great too for dealing with questions that come up.

I love my clirdex foam, it really works, now I love I can wipe my eyes with the pads because I've been needing something like this to stop itching sometimes and I know mites are on lashes which sounds nasty but even you wash your lashes all the time you need these pads to stop those pesky critters. I wish only if they were a little less in price

It was easy to navigate the order for cliradex single packets. Order arrived promptly without issues. I’m extremely satisfied with this product but I initially ordered the foam but said out of stock at the end of order( which by that I mean after I put in credit card information and shipping address. ) Maybe website can put you on waitlist and ship when order becomes available. I will definitely re order this product again!

The product smells of a dirt. Nothing nice to wipe my eyes with.

Daniela, we are sorry we had a bad experience with Cliradex. The smaell should be a light tea tree oil one. Usually, a stronger, bad smelll is the sign the product may have been compromised in storage or during delivery. We stand by our products and services and wold replace such instance. We just received an update on the shipping of Cliradex Light Foam and it appears as though we won't be receiving stock or shipping until the beginning of April. Cliradex is great for my eyes! I have ocular rosacea, macular degeneration, and meibomian gland dysfunction. I use Cliradex daily following my heat treatment. My one suggestion is that the manufacturer more closely monitor the production of the packets. I've had a couple of boxes of packets where the cut (for opening it) was not connected to the edge and I had to use scissors to open the. packet. That's my only suggestion.

Great customer service. My shipment of foam is delayed because of the current state of the world (my words), and they have been very accommodating and helpful to make up for it. And the product is wonderful, great smell (I love tea tree oil) and works to clear up dermadex critters. It does sting a little, but nothing unpleasant.
