CloakedReviews of cloaked.com

Cloake has given me my privacy back. It is a very powerful and cost effective App that I am so grateful for. I never realized how easy it is for our information to be passed around. Veronica was very friendly & helpful when I called early this morning.

Overall the product was fairly straightforward to set up. I experienced an issue with the call forwarding for spam calls. Took a little too long to figure that out. Luckly they have a real person on the help line. Her name was Nerissa, and she was very good and reviewing my progress and was able to get me out of stuck piece of functionality. She gets a 5 star from me.

Cloaked is making a hugh difference eliminating over 200 spam calls. I would have given a 5 Stars but getting technical help is not easy. Nerissa this morning was very helpful and knowlegeable Thank you for that.

Ben was very helpful and took care of my problem great job

I signed up for a 2-user subscription and my wife and I had difficulty getting her going. Without going into the details, we found it somewhat frustrating to get our difficulties resolved via your online AI agent and email contact. But as soon as you let us know your customer support phone number, we were able to resolve them quickly by talking to your agent Nerissa. She was very patient & helpful. Regards, - Steven Christie

Cloaked overpromises, and under delivers. It’s not just one click, and you’re good to go, as their ads suggest. It takes hours, to go through all of the issues with data. Of course they don’t tell you that some of these companies will only delete your information, if you live in California. One in the UK, wouldn’t delete it, unless I was dead and attached a death certificate. It’s a good service, but unless they DRASTICALLY improve it, I won’t renew next year, as there will be much better services by the

Edited response, cloaked is actually pretty good at responding not only to customer service but thankfully my passive aggressive and overly worried comments didn’t even make them rude or unprofessional and I fixed the issue with my business handheld and servers by just removing the VPN so they could continue to scrape for data and wanted to apologies to them personally & to those who think it’ll happen overnight as it takes sometimes weeks to months to take information bsck from data brokers, but have self ran businesses that might have issues it’s usually always DNS settings and only the VPN affecting my self made devices and rasberry pi4b servers are all fine once I disconnected the VPN so the negative reviews that has me worried are most likely tech naive and expected Instant results a day or even a week after signing up, I say give them at least a month before you make rash comments like I did as I’d NEVER attempt to ruin a company offering a finally affordable way to get info back from data brokers. So apologies to Cloaked, and I’ll use ublock lite until I’ve seen the results fully but know they’re actively working for my interests even though I was a butthead and that alone impressed me. Hope they can forgive my own rash comments which led to my revision, and I have not even called them yet besides the first original time, but it was only one day after due to connectivity issues, I was weirded out by algo on apps showing ads for them multiple times after signing up a day after but that’s how algorithms work, you click a link and look into a company through a 3rd party ad, you’re gonna see more of it. Use due diligence and patience before jumping to conclusions. Sorry I did as well as I thankfully as a developer encrypting and working towards transparency in my own businesses and coded programs and apps, I quickly saw exactly what they could and couldn’t do and for 10 bucks a month for a person with ALL they offer, and have yet to push anything on me, so I might be buying their shares if publicly traded instead of watching them tank with Reddit and social influence. Shouldn’t have left a comment while having such a horrid weak anyways, never act rashly when angry, wait until you’ve calmed before making decisions. -Chris J -Outfield - of A Steady Heart, Vita Nova Research, Vita Nova Records (soon to be part of epitaph) and 7 Acre Wood plant nursery. & The Retro Ronin collectibles. Cloaked has made an ally so far not the opposite as I stupidly ASSUMED at first.

Luke from customer support was prompt to resolve my issue. I increased my previous 1 star rating to a 4. Previously I wrote: I am missing important calls that are marked as spam, even from numbers in my contact list. I had the service 3 hours and attempted to cancel and get a refund. They canceled my service - next year. No refund. Don't waste your money.
