I recently had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Selena regarding the NB Designer plugin, and I couldn't be more impressed with her exceptional service. From the moment I reached out, Selena was prompt, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my specific needs and guided me through the plugin's features with clarity and patience.

I have been using the services of this team, and I must say they are truly excellent. Their commitment to meeting my needs promptly is commendable, and their patience in resolving issues sets them apart. One of the standout qualities of this team is their willingness to patiently explain things, even if I am unfamiliar with certain concepts. We had initial doubts about integrating AI into our processes, and they took the time to address our concerns, providing valuable insights and ideas on how to seamlessly incorporate it. Communication has never been a hurdle, despite the time zone difference with Spain. Whenever I encounter difficulties expressing my queries or problems through the ticket system, they readily extend their support through Skype, ensuring that I receive timely assistance. I am particularly impressed with the NBdesigner tool they offer. It not only fulfills our requirements but has also been customized to suit our specific needs. The team's adaptability and commitment to tailoring their solutions to our preferences have made our experience with NBdesigner exceptionally satisfying. In conclusion, the combination of their excellent service, prompt response to queries, and their commitment to adapting tools to individual needs makes this team a valuable asset for anyone seeking top-notch solutions. I am genuinely pleased with their services and would highly recommend them to others.

We have been working with CMSMART for the past two years now, all in all pretty satisfied, we have run into a few problems with our website, and due to the fact that there is a 7 hour time difference, and the language barrier, (are English and there English doesn’t match all of the time). But after getting around that this company does know what they are doing and they do it well, They have fixed most of our problems and still working on one. Keep up the good work and looking forward to keep on working with CMSMART in the future. Thanks Andrea
