I ordered a replacement insert for my pet mate cat feeder.I enjoyed having the option to switch out inserts, but my son moved away with my extra! After reading reviews, I also ordered the new stainless steel option. What a great product. I would love to use only this option, but can't afford the cost of another at this point. I am able to clean the sections easily and I Alternate the entire unit to try to keep things clean for my cat who suffers from feline acne. Just switching to the stainless steel has made a huge difference. Thank you for your prompt delivery and your reliable products!

I had a problem, ended up as a misunderstanding on my part. They were awesome. Responded w/in 24 hrs. Explained the situation and even sent me replacements which was not required. I will continue to buy from them and refer them to everyone. Thank you 😻😻😻😻

It was so easy to get the additional ice packs for my cat mate feeder. He has 3 feedings of wet that has to stay cool.

We and our cats love the MiBowl auto feeder. We have FOUR to keep our feeding frenzy somewhat controlable.

Good Afternoon Many thanks for your very kind review re the Mi-Bowl. It is a very popular feeder as you can feed individual cats individual meals if you need to. So if one requires special food this is possible. Kind Regards Closer Pets
