Our questions are based on reputable CNA Study Guides published by nursing publishers such as Mometrix, Ascencia, and Test Prep Books and they are supplemented by various online resources and state competency requirements. Additionally, our proprietary Challenge Bank™ and Pass Probability features are exclusive to our service. These, along with our exam simulators, cheat sheets, and pass guarantee, are part of our premium and are not available on free platforms. Thank you for your feedback, Melissa. We are very sorry to hear that you are not pleased with our program. Does that mean that you have been successful on your exam? It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not public; they are kept secret and are randomly generated from a huge question bank. So there's really no way to know which ones each applicant is going to get specifically (even though our customers report that most of the questions on the real test are very similar to what they have seen here). We do offer a Pass Guarantee on our 30 days and longer packages if all other Pass Guarantee conditions are met, however refunds are not offered for our 7 day premium plans. To clarify, cna.plus advertises and offers preparation for the theory part of your exam through practice tests only, skills preparation is not included in our Premium. We do have a link to skills videos on our website courtesy of Prism HealthAide and they are free for anyone to access. Diana L.
