What made this company so great is that they do what they say, they return calls. most of I got to deal with real people. I am sick of chat rooms taking forever. it's nice to know there is help and companies that dont just care about making a buck but taking care of their clients. in todays world where my experience has been I have to call over and over to get answers in every industry. I have even go to buy say a lamp and no one can turn it on. or have to update software, and you cant because your not been verified. Even when the company tells you they recognize your ph # stillmnhas to send a verification code to your phone just plain dumb and thankfuly this company especially in the field they are in only take whatever precaution is needed but not go over board with it.
