Hi Kimberly, We're sorry to hear you didn't notice a difference with our gummies. This is most likely because of the dose you were taking. Everyone's body is different, and some people see excellent results with low doses, while others naturally require a higher dose. Regarding the gummies, although that doesn't occur often, it does happen from time to time. This occurs because we don't use preservatives or unhealthy ingredients to keep the gummy's shape in perfect form. However, that problem can easily be solved by using those types of ingredients, but it goes against our company's values which is to improve the health of our customers.

Hi John, thank you for your feedback. We're saddened to hear our products did not help you and wish that was not the case.  We do, however, highly recommend that you try a lower dose before you come to your final decision because you probably were taking too much CBD for what your body needed, and you built a tolerance. This is completely normal and happens to many people.  Some people who have a severe case find that a lower dose works better, while others need a high dose to help with a very similar case. It's different for each person.  You mentioned using our 1,500mg, which is 50mg of CBD per serving, and our 25mg gummies. So, if you took both the oil and gummy each day, that's 75mg of CBD, and many people would build a tolerance to taking that much often.  This effect is called the Biphasic Effect, in which CBD and other cannabinoids have these properties, whereas the dose increases, the effects don't necessarily improve.  We have a fantastic blog post on CBD dosing, and if you scroll towards the end, you'll see the section called "The Biphasic Effect," in which we show a graph to show a visual of how the Biphasic Effect functions.  Please take a moment to look at it here: https://coboCBD.com/CBD-dosing-guide/ When people build a tolerance to CBD, we tell them to take a 3-4 day break and start back at a lower dose. Hi Elisia, thank you for your feedback. We obviously do ship from Colorado, but some orders get shipped out from California as well, and we plan on having a fulfillment center somewhere on the East coast to plan for the future of shipping and delivery. This is not uncommon for companies to have different fulfillment centers. The reason for the shipping costs, which is a flat fee for everyone with an order under $74, is because we ship with UPS now instead of USPS. The costs are much higher than it was with USPS. We used to ship with USPS, but about 3 months ago, many orders took weeks for our customers to get, and most of them, USPS has lost. We had to reship many orders to customers, which we had no problem doing. However, it became frustrating to see many unhappy customers, and customer satisfaction is crucial to us. So we decided to completely move away despite the higher shipping costs for us. This also forced us to charge a flat fee. We were able to look up your order, and you chose the UPS 4-5 Business Day Shipping option, which the 5th day is today, but your order will be delivered to you tomorrow if you look up the tracking number. We truly apologize for being one day late. Last week, we had an increase in orders that we never anticipated, but we're in the process of expanding, so this doesn't occur. We're trying our best to get these orders out, but we're humans at the end of the day. We're sad to hear that you won't come back to us, but we hope you give our products a try because we are beyond confident that our product quality exceeds the vast majority of other brands, if not the best in the world. Hi John, thank you for the feedback you left us. We were able to find your order in our system with the minimal information TrustPilot shows us, and we saw that it was shipped with USPS. We truly apologize for the long wait. This is the exact reason why we switched from USPS to UPS a couple of weeks ago. Your case was not even as bad as what others experienced. We had so many orders take even longer for other customers, which we reshipped to them as they would not show updated tracking for weeks when they contacted us. It just looked as if we only printed the label and never dropped it off at USPS, when in fact, we did. UPS is more expensive for us, but all our shipments are being delivered on time or even earlier at times, and that's what matters more to us. We understand how frustrating this can be having to wait for that long. We totally agree with you on that, but we hope you understand that once it's in the hands of USPS or any shipping carrier in general, we have no control over where it goes or how it's processed. This is all on the shipping carrier. Obviously, if a package is lost or a product(s) is broken, we will certainly reship another package to them right away.  Again, we're really sorry about the long wait. We hope you understand the situation, and we promise this will never be the case again as we will always be shipping with UPS moving forward.
