Deceptive practices and impossible to cancel – Avoid at all costs!
I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Codequiry. I signed up for a free trial and was required to provide my card details. Ever since the trial ended, the site has been relentlessly attempting to charge me $80. Fortunately, the transactions failed due to insufficient funds, but the lack of transparency is appalling. When I logged in to cancel my subscription, I found that: The "Billing and Usage" section has absolutely no option to cancel or manage the subscription. The "Need Help" button is completely non-functional. Clicking on "View Plans" leads to a 404 error page. Most suspiciously, the AI assistant answers general questions but immediately gives a scripted "I'm having trouble right now" error only when asked about cancellation. To make matters worse, the system refuses to let me delete my account until I pay the $80 for a service I do not want and cannot cancel through their interface. This feels like a deliberate trap to force users into a payment loop. This is highly unethical and predatory behavior. Stay away!
