In my professional opinion I feel like once the form has expired and the work is complete, it should be have the ability for the user to archive or delete. This would help with efficiency and timing. Instead of having to scroll through hundreds off past or old or expired requests.

Hi there! In this case, I would recommend filtering your form entries to create a unique entry view. For example, you can use the Filter option to exclude entries that have a status of 'Complete'. Creating the form was well designed but being able to get the inputs back in a useable format is a nightmare and even worse…an unanticipated nightmare.

Overall a good product. I like that we have the options to build our form, however when it loads into our database the 10 digit phone number isn't filling in correctly, and I don't see a way to edit that. Some phone numbers have ( ) for area codes, some have - dashes, and others are straight 10 digits. This is and will be an ongoing issue as the majority of the population will use a cellular device for emails, communication, and donation platforms.

Lack of Enterprise Functionality. Cognito Forms can be a powerful tool due to its simplicity and functionality; however, the lack of enterprise administrative visibility, management, security, and controls really limit the tool's ability to distributed across the enterprise. Our use would significantly increase if there were better centralized management/visibility available.

Not being able to speak to someone in Customer Service is not helpful. I'm not a programmer so going back and forth via e-mail is ridiculous, when trying to figure out if what I'm doing is going to work.
