On april 9th 2026 I ordered two twenty twenty six half dollars. They arrived and had scratches and dings in them. These coins were advertised uncirculated , but obviously we're in circulation. I sent those two coins back along with photos, 15 emails and two months later , I received two more coins. Those coins also had scratches and dings in them. First to coins there were 4 dings on the front of the coin, Send those back. They send me two more coins and those same four dings are on the back of another coin. Bad bad business practice. You advertise uncirculated , but yet give your customers circulated scratched up and ding up coins. This is 100% unsatisfactory and i'm not dealing with your dumb asses again. Customer service John, All he had was excuse after excuse after excuse about the warehouse. I will be calling coins t v to talk to somebody that has some leverage , and that might be able to help me, Because it damn sure isn't gonna be john

Although I am generally ok with the products I ordered, the time it takes to get the order is incredibly frustrating. I place two orders and the most recent was on April 17. It is now June 18 and no word on when my items will ship. On my last order, I contacted customer service but the response provided nothing more than the web site. I think I'll give it another week and if there are no updates, I will cancel my order. I think I will look elsewhere for future buys.

Placed order on March 9,2026. Payment was charged to my credit card. Reached out two weeks later to inquire about my order and no response. April 1,2026, canceled the order. Over 3 weeks with not even shipping the product? Sad! Take care of your customers or someone else will.

When I placed my order on March 5th, you don't hear anything from them. They take your money out right away, but they don't send you any information as to when it is being shipped. When you try to cancel it, they won't cancel even though it has not been shipped. Bad business practice to ignore customers. Will contact BBB to see if there is any complaints or if there is anything I can do. It is March 16th, and still no response.

Ordered on 2-7-2026. I emailed them after two weeks of no communications. They said was shipping on 2-23-2026. Contacted them AGAIN on 2-27-2026 nothing from them on tracking. All I ever got was we are sorry for the delay and are working on it. Basically a "canned" response. So I then had to ask for a refund since the order was outside their stated delivery window. Which they did...BUT ZERO communications UNLESS I initiated it.

I received an email that redirected me to coinstv.net. Once I got to the advertised page, it was selling for $80 what was a $20 piece of silver coin.

I ordered a few banknotes which were delivered whithin a week, so as for me, I am satisfied.

Smooth transaction. No problems.
