Tanner was super helpful to my daughter. She was shooting for an extremely high score on the SAT and he was instrumental in making that happen! He was calm, encouraging, complimentary and kind to her. She actually looked forward to their sessions and equally important - he helped her achieve her near perfect score. Couldn’t be happier!

I had an amazing experience with my tutor, Tanner Reive, while studying for the ACT! He made sure that I knew all of the details and statistics about the test (time per question, how to tackle the questions, etc.) and exposed me to a variety of questions to ensure that I was prepared. The homework he assigns can be tailored to one's schedule since he is very understanding of conflicts, and the work is great for test preparation. Before I took the test, he even gave me small tips to make sure that I was on my A game. All of this allowed me to walk into the room and complete the test with little to no stress!

Tanner developed a tailored SAT study plan to prepare my son for the digital SAT. My son requested to focus on the verbal section. He surpassed his goal of 720+ on the verbal section. Tanner taught my son grammar rules, test strategy and time management. This was a great experience. I am glad my son had an opportunity to learn and work with Tanner.

We were working with another college counseling company for the Jr year and we were questioning the value we were getting from them. Then we had our first meeting with our Collegewise counselor, Aaron. The difference was not even comparable. We learned so much that we didn’t know about in the first meeting and we switched immediately. It was the best decision ever! Everyone at Collegewise is so professional and helpful. They know the latest trends, data and help you with the best strategies. It’s only October and we already have 3 acceptances from the schools we applied!

I started SAT prep in October and I am happy to report that my score went up almost 100 points. I had an amazing tutor, Patrica, she was patient with me was able to reteach me things in different ways that stuck. Her review guides and the work that she put in to help me was really incredible.

Tanner Reive tutored my son for the SATs. HUGE improvement in scores making my son a much more competitive applicant. Tanner is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to instruct on the most complex math problems. If you have a bright, motivated student, Tanner can take their score to the next level. He’s patient and very positive. My son felt very comfortable with him. Tanner is worth the investment.

This review has been a long time in coming but that doesn't mean that it is any less meaningful. We worked with Ali Springer through Collegewise to help our daughter through the college application process. The process itself was very smooth and supportive. Ali was in regular contact with my daughter, giving her tasks to do to help her narrow down her search and figure out what schools would be a good fit for her to apply to. Once I started going on tours with my daughter, I could really see that Ali truly new my daughter and what sorts of schools would be great for her my child through a thorough understanding of on her interests and her personality. While I know my daughter well, I don't know colleges like Ali does. This is very much her area of expertise. I was also grateful for the support that Collegewise gives students throughout the essay writing process. Working with Collegewise helped us navigate a stressful and fraught time with easy. I am quite certain we will work with them again when it is my son's turn to apply for college. I am happy to report that my daughter just started her freshman year and is so happy with the school she is attending.

Caitlin Harper was an incredible counselor who helped me brainstorm for my common app personal essay. Working through the essay process with her and the editors at Collegewise made the whole writing process a lot smoother, organized, and stress-free. Having consistent feedback on my essays was amazing and the overall experience helped me get a head-start in the college application process.
