My experience was positive overall. Although I initially ordered a 100ml bottle, I received a 50ml bottle instead. After reaching out to customer care, I received a store credit refund a week later, which I was satisfied with. I then ordered another product and am now waiting to see how that goes.

You advertisement was not misleading…I knew exactly what I was getting. Delivery was on time and the package was not lost or damaged. The labels on the samples clearly describe the contents and does not cause confusion as to what fragrance is in it. Great job!
