Easy website to use, sales all the time. But their customer service is terrible. No one responds when you email them and there’s no phone number for customer service. Their shipping times are also atrocious, 5-7 buisness days really mean 14-21.0

Items arrived quickly and carefully packaged. Very cute packaging! Most items extremely high quality, except Sakura liner keeps breaking. Otherwise highly recommend!

I purchased the new liquid blushes. Full price. At that time, they were exclusive to the Colourpop website. Between purchase and receipt, it was 14 days. Two weeks from California to Florida. They took so long that ULTA had them for a week by that time, and I could have purchased as few or as many as I wanted, instead of 3, and gotten a discount. It was slower than purchasing from Canada. Unacceptable.

Absolutely abysmal customer service, products got returned by courier for unknown reason & when i was refunded i was not given whole amount!! I spent £230 & received only £174 back 👌🏻😡😡😡 will never purchase a single thing from colourpop EVER again!! So stressful from start to finish!! 4 times ive ordered from them...everytime has been a disgrace!

I never had anything from colourpop before so I ordered the summer bundle to get a few things. I got so much! It worked out like around £50 and I got a brow pen, blush stick, eyeshadow stick, shock blush, lipgloss, a shock shadow, like 5 eyeshadow palettes and a lipstick, so it worked out so cheap with the amount I got. Everything is so nice and it came much faster than I expected. I would definitely order again

Worst experience in the history of ever. I’ve ordered and paid on 1 June 2024. It is now 8 Aug 2024 and I still haven’t received my order. Just endless apologies via email and empty promises.
