The packaging design is phenomenal, good price and excellent quality; but international shipping time is very slow, it seems like it comes from another continent, not another country.

the items i received were amazing, but they switched my strawberry lip exfoliator in a pot to the lip exfoliator stick

Excellent products for a great price! Hug selection of colors. Eye shadows are the best! Great color payoff with very little fallout. I love everything I’ve tried from this company!

I'm a hesitant online shopper but everything came just as good as pictured and the tracking for the package was also good!

I hate to give a company I formerly loved such an awful review but things have really dropped off with ColourPop as a company. They do not care AR all about customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with a product then the customer has to eat the loss, at least that's what they told me. I've place many orders and never had a problem. The very first time I do have an issue though, the company showed its true colors. I'll never spend another cent on any product by them. If you choose to ordering wish you luck.
