I’ve never received the order, never got a response from ticket. It has been the most horrible experience with a brand. Shipped the latest, took forever to arrive anywhere and it turns out that the final delivery is not really to the final person

Colourpop really stinks because first of all they have the worst customer service. I ordered 3 make up palettes and didn’t receive one of them and also received the complete wrong one. They didn’t get back to me till 2 months later and wouldn’t give me a refund or allow any returns or exchanges! Terrible company!

I ordered the first week of December because my items were supposed to be a secret Santa gift. At the end of December after missing secret Santa with no gift I continuously reached out to try and track my package and was left unanswered. Finally after New Years I heard back from someone who basically said there was nothing they could do so I requested a refund and had to now purchase a different gift for my secret Santa. ColourPop’s customer service is horrendous. You can only send an email and pray that you get a response.

Colour pop pokemon eye shadow is the absolute best eye shadow i have ever worked with. The pallet has so many colors to work with i can match a lot of my outfits with it.

Very poor customer service. I let them know about an issue with my order. The items were on sale during that time. I was unable to reach anyone and they REFUSED to honor the sale. Then totally stopped responding. I started buying from this company about 6-7 years ago and now have totally reconsidered even continuing to be a customer. Very dissatisfied.
