Received my products in great condition but missing one product. Customer service responded quickly and sent out my missing product asap. Unfortunately it was later than I needed it but I appreciate the wonderful customer service.

International shipping takes more than 25 office days. I am still waiting for an update on the package, and the Colouppop customer Service team has no clue of where the package is, and not responding for refund

Decepcionante. Hice el pedido el 7 de diciembre de 2024. Se confirmó el envío a través de la empresa DHL. Sin embargo, tras varios intentos fallidos, algo incomprensible porque estaba en casa esperando, sin salir, me enviaron dos correos electrónicos diciéndome que había sido imposible la entrega y que se devolvía al remitente. No he vuelto a saber nada de mis productos ni de la devolución del importe. No volveré a comprar ningún producto de esta marca, por lo lamentable de su política de envíos.

Product was received broken. I immediately contacted customer service. I got a yes we got you message please allow 3-5 business days for a reply. 7 days later they still haven’t replied. Many people have raved to my about how great this company is and I am truly disappointed in the quality of the product as well as the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this product or company for anyone who is used to professional products as these are mediocre almost made for child’s play.

First time trying color pop cosmetics I am truly a happy and satisfied customer. I purchased their eyeliner and lipliners. They are long lasting and smooth easy glide on. Truly pigmented!!! 5 stars!
