Products arrive damaged half the time, email notifications of restocks are never sent, and more than half of the palettes are never in stock at all. The eyeshadows are a good formula, but if it's never in stock, is it worth it?

Where do I begin. They get 1 star because products are actually good. Other than that horrible HORRIBLE customer service and shipping. I ordered a bunch of stuff on Christmas, got some Christmas money and was stoked to get a bunch of new products from them, because after all like I said great products, made my order and was surprised to see the shipping email so quickly! Two weeks had passed and my package had never been dropped off. I emailed them, as one does, asking where is my package. The response was “oh it’s on its way they missed a scan” ok not sure how you know they missed a scan because that’s how tracking works but whatever I’ll trust this process. Another week goes by and nothing. Emailed again and they said let’s just replace your package. But oh sorry some of the stuff you ordered is no longer available. Here’s credit. I don’t want credit, I want the products I ordered 3 weeks ago when it was available. This really sucks. My mother-in-law literally died the week of Christmas and I just wanted to get some stuff to make me feel better and happy and the whole entire process was a bleeping nightmare. Either they forgot to drop off my package or didn’t create it at all and completely forgot. I didn’t get stuff i wanted, took three weeks and customer service was not friendly the entire time. Plus now I have credit I’ll likely never use because as much as I love the products and the cruelty free slogan I can’t get past the fact they gaslit me and lied to me and that’s just not cool.

I love colorpop for the make up quality and over all,I consider coloupop to be a trusted brand. The reason for 4/5 stars is that I have been sent the wrong item before and issued online credit, but I always buy when there is a sale because I live in Canada and so the cost for me is higher than the states, but they don't allow you to use your credit and still get the sale price, so I personally am irritated by that. Shipping is usually pretty fast and a few things I wouldn't recommend such as the mascaras because they run really bad but the pallets are amazing.
