The customer service is very kind and excellent! When I realized my parcel was missing, they sent new items immediately without any additional fee although that was totally my fault. I deeply grateful for your kindness. Thank you very much!

Colorpop's eyeshadow palettes are some of the best in my collection. I bought most of the Quad eyeshadow palettes and totally happy with the color story each quad has. Overall, you can't beat the quality and price.

In the age of stellar customer service and very transparent shipping, I was very disappointed by the untransparent process of ColourPop. When I ordered, it wasn’t clear when the expected date of delivery would be. Per an exchange with customer service, I was then told it could take “up to 28 working days”, by when I was moving countries. Again, upon contacting customer service, they told me they could send me a new palette to my new address, so long as the new country was not in a list of countries they did not send to. I stated my country (not in the list they sent me) and then they told me they cannot ship there. Upon asking for clarification, they just completely ignored me. Throughout these exchanges, I felt very gaslighted and ignored and felt like I was talking to a wall. Any point I tried to argue would just get ignored. Very bad, and very unfortunate first experience with this company. PS: The tracking link they sent me wouldn’t update in weeks, either.
