A couple of the items purchased were damaged when I received. Attempting to contact customer service was a joke. An endless cycle of bot responses that I eventually gave up. The products themselves are great.

My order (not a small one) has been lost in transit for almost a month, in between two postal services. When I asked for help in trying to track it, first they sent out an automated reply and then they were very dismissive, they reply as if they were copying and pasteing from a script and don't actually read what you're asking. After a while I asked for a refund, which I have a right to per customer laws in my country, but they keep refusing because it's not in their policy. Well this policy goes against the law, hope they enjoy the chargeback.
