Over a month late
Over a month late. When I wanted to return it since Halloween is over the customer service representative did NOTHING to help assist me as a consistent customer. Usually love y’all but you dropped the ball on the hocus pocus candles. She should have at least offered me company credit or something for my inconvenience.
