Unreliable search results
I've used White Label Suite for several months as an agency subscriber - hoping to provide it as a service to my clients. Whilst the concept is strong, the execution has cost me real time and money. The core problem is data quality and filters that don't do what they claim. The industry filter simply doesn't work for my region — applying "Consulting" or "Retail" to the same UAE search returns an identical result count of zero, meaning the filter is accepted but never actually applied. I was told this had been investigated and fixed; it hasn't been. Domain Search is worse: previously entering a legitimate company name returned, and billed me for, contacts at a completely unrelated company rather than reporting "no match" — so I paid for data I never asked for. People Search regularly returns loose title matches and mixed geography, so a meaningful share of paid results are off-target. Support has been responsive in tone but hasn't resolved the underlying issues across multiple calls. For a platform at this price point plus per-record charges, the data and filtering need to be dependable, and right now they aren't. I've since cancelled.
