The Associate I spoke with priced…
The Associate I spoke with priced several parts that were needed and informed my of a more cost effective way to get our equipment running again. In addition, we were given a discount for selecting the one-piece replacement as opposed to several parts. Our company is grateful. Bonus: The necessary part arrived in as expected!
