Chuck was easy to work with no high pressure to buy. Peter knows his stuff, I received very detailed drawings of what the finished lighting would look like and all the measurements for installing the lights. I’m very happy!

Paul
The customer service experience was exceptional. From the phone conversations and advice on what product to buy and the follow-up after the purchase on how to install. I had individual things I needed to get clarified that were part of my learning experience of the product. The staff proactively reached out to me, was willing to exchange photos so I could explain my questions, and walked me, step-by-step, through the installation process. Fabulous company to do business with! They are the true gold star of customer support.
