The Sales support team is extremely helpful from order to install. I have received some solution based ideas regarding new technology in lighting that will save energy long term and provide more light. Looking forward to executing these ideas suggested by Andrew K. In the near future. Thanks Again, Facility Director of Connection Church-Canton,MI

The checkout page kept giving me errors indicating the order wasn't successfull however I got 2 seperate emails thanking me for the order. This was addressed promptly by a customer service representative and it was resovled soon despite it being on a Holiday. Very knowledgeable representative that helped me through the process and even had suggestions for the future.

Hello Hank, We're sorry for the confusion you experienced during checkout. Due to a technical issue, your order was inadvertently processed twice. When you contacted us on July 4th, we explained that our office was closed for the holiday and that we would review the issue as soon as we reopened on the next business day. On the first business day, we confirmed the duplicate charge and immediately issued a full refund for the duplicate transaction. We understand how concerning it can be to see an unexpected charge and appreciate you bringing the issue to our attention. We're also working to address the underlying checkout issue to help prevent this from happening in the future. Kevin Owner/Partner www.commercialledlights.com
