I can’t really rate them, because i just started today, but my intake call was excellent. The coach was empathetic, listened well, and helped me make a decision i could live with and would help me live a better life. So i guess i can rate them!

I’m loving my experience with Committed Coaches. When I am down or frustrated, they lift me up and give me the confidence to keep trying. I don’t need to beat myself up for getting off plan. Every day is a new day and I just keep on trying. It’s great to share when I do have a great day. The encouragement is always there. I have health issues which make it more difficult to get the exercise in each day, but I’m determined to lose the weight and get healthier.

They are doing a great job of coaching, supporting various health conditions, and have available tools and guidance to support losing weight healthily.
