CommonReviews of common.com

I’ve moved to the wayland commons in St.Pete on Monday and the move-in process went very smooth due to a very helpful and professional residential coordinator Nicole S. Keep up the good work Nicole.

I’ve just had a tour with Siekina leasing specialist in Los Angeles 5460 Fountain ave and that was the best tour I’ve ever had and I actually had lots of them! Common apartments are phenomenal as well as the information provided by the specialist! I’ve just applied! Strongly RECOMMEND!!!

Layne was absolutely remarkable! I have lived in Common Evergreen for 6 months, and I am most appreciate for her help tonight. I am nearing the end of my lease term, and I was in need of a landlord reference letter in order to complete my application for the apartment I plan to move into. This was the final piece of my application and the timing of the letter was very important. The longer I went without the letter, the higher the chances were that I would lose the new apartment to another applicant. I emailed Common requesting this document early in the morning. Based off of my previous experience with Common, I would not anticipate a same-day response. Sometimes it is difficult to get in touch with a Common representative. I sent a second follow-up email later in the evening (after normal business hours), and Layne responded to my email within 10 minutes with an attached landlord reference letter! I am very grateful for the help and responsiveness of Layne! Thank you for making my experience at Common a more enjoyable one! Go Layne!

Made an account just for this review. I only livid in common for 3 months, but that time was terrible enough for a one star review. The actual place was fine except for the fact that the dumpster was only taken out monthly and was allowed to overflow. The common billing team is very hard to come into contact with and does a bad job of fixing any issues you have. Also, the keys fail to work about ~20% of the time locking you out unless someone is already inside. In my three months at common I had multiple issues with billing that are really unacceptable. The second months rent was charged to my account twice. It took me several days of messaging support to get this fixed. Common has also not returned my security deposit in the necessary 21 days by California law, despite my repeatedly contacting them about it. Completely unacceptable billing practices. EDIT in response to the reply: The claim that I did not tell Common my forwarding address is completely untrue. I informed common of my forwarding address twice before the 21 days was up. I have still not received my security deposit and will be sure to update this review when I do.

5 stars. Very helpful people with quick response time.

Nicole was extremely helpful in getting some repairs taken care of for me. She also assisted in answering some questions about the property

I tested positive for COVID-19 on the day of my move out + end of lease date. Having to reschedule early christmas celebrations, communicate daily with the HR team of both my jobs, NY state health, all my suspected close contacts, and my moving service was overwhelming to say the least. Amidst all this, Layne and his team were completely understanding of my situation. Thank you so much for the relief - it really set me up for success moving forward and at the time when I needed it most.

I have had an amazing leasing experience with Anita Mijic! From booking a tour, visiting, and through signing the lease she was helpful and available whenever I needed. Everyone at Common has been extremely helpful in getting me ready and able to move to my new home!
