It took awhile but they finally got my account straightened out. In the future I’ll have to watch that clicking on the icon from a different email address doesn’t open an additional RMN account.

I made a purchase online at sams club and verified beforehand that it would be eligible for cashback. Now on my account it says "ineligible". I would have used Rakuten instead. Edited to add: Retail me Not reached out and rectified the situation and credited me with the $50 cashback. Extremely happy with the follow up from them.
