I din't know that I1ll have to pay $250,00 because it was send by Fedex! I live in another country, and this information wasn't clear at the site , I'm very unhappy.

Thanks for shopping. When you select as shipping option: "FEDEX 3 DAY Envelop (Import Taxes Not Included) (0.3 lb)" you can expect that it ships with FEDEX. Import duties/ taxes in Brazil are extremely high for at least the last decade. (UPS or DHL shipping would result in the same duties/ taxes), I am sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you.

The Chanel scarf looks nothing like the photo! Description said purple and silver, and the scarf is actually pink and grey. Also there was no return receipt, nothing in the package. In past years the scarf came with a gift box, and this time there was none.

slow international shipping
Very slow international shipping. It took 19 days for the parcel to leave the USPS facility in LA.
