I have gotten 4 different prints from your company. I am very happy with all of them. The only reason for the four stars is that for one of them the eye color was an issue, Cody had blue eyes and the images that came back often had brown eyes or one blue and one brown. After multiples try again options we finally got both blue eyes and an image that I love. I know it's AI and I don't fully understand it but is it possible to have a prompt for some details. Other than that suggestion , it's great.

Thank you so much, Carole, for your continued support and for ordering four portraits with us! We're so glad we were able to get Cody's beautiful blue eyes just right in the end. We also really appreciate your suggestion about being able to include specific details or prompts. That's valuable feedback, and we'll be sure to share it with our team as we continue improving the experience.

Beautiful portrait of my recently deceased "soul dog". Ordering was simple and it arrived on time, nicely packaged. Portrait is exactly as expected and when I had a question, support responded in a timely manner. Quality is beautiful! I'm very happy and will probably be ordering more for gifts!

I strongly recommend CodaPet for anyone facing the sad decision of euthanizing a pet. I found Coda Pet online, my 14 year old Blue Heeler was rapidly declining. I wanted him to be comfortable in his home, rather than jostling him in and out of the car to the vet. Sadly, I have faced this situation a few times over the years, and while our veterinary facility is kind and will do the best they can, Coda Pet provided a more peaceful experience. Our Coda Pet Doctor arrived on-time; which may be odd to mention but was much appreciated as it is an awful, nerve-wracking time when you are waiting for the inevitable. The Dr. was so kind and compassionate. He took the time to get to know our dog a bit, he got us talking about Bandits' story and favorite moments. He explained each step before and during the process. He was very efficient, yet did not make us feel rushed in anyway. I cannot say enough about how great Coda Pet was. I am grateful that they helped us to have a loving send off for our dog in the comfort of his home. Regarding the business side of the experience, the website appointment system was easy to use, lots of details and multiple confirmations leading up to the appointment. The quality of the personnel is top tier, the best Doctor ever. And lastly, it was not terribly expensive, only a couple hundred dollars more, worth every penny.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry for the loss of your beloved Bandit. While we're honored to hear how much the portrait meant to you, we believe part of your review may have been intended for another company, as it mentions CodaPet's veterinary services. We sincerely appreciate your kind words and are grateful we could help create a lasting tribute to Bandit.

The painting of our beloved Sophie was absolutely perfect. I purchased this as a birthday gift for my husband whose heart has been broken since she left us. He cried happy tears when he saw the beautiful painting of Sophie to always remind him of our love for her and our wonderful memories. Thank you for such a sentimental gift idea!
