When production on the ring took a few days longer than anticipated, he was very apologetic and handled the situation with transparency and professionalism. I actually appreciate the extra time taken as he wanted the ring to be flawless before shipping and it turned out to be exactly that. I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Complete Carat to make the perfect engagement ring! Designing the ring was super easy, my point of contact was super helpful with answering all of the questions I had, and the final design is absolutely gorgeous! The icing on top is that the ring even came out to be almost half the price as the other ring/stone designs I was looking at. Only thing thats left is to pop the question!
