I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone! It's fast easy and allows one to make changes to decree with no hassle! Their site is easy to use and they're available to chat if you need them or have questions. All the forms were done correctly and in timely manner as promised!

I would rate 0 stars if possible. Its a scam. In all of my life this is the absolute worst customer service I've ever had to interact with. Its been months since starting this service, and I'm a "Platinum member." I have to call for them to move to the next step, and keep in mind that there are roughly 20 steps. It takes them a week plus to move to the next step (for one of the steps it took them a month). It was a simple divorce, no kids, nothing of value, and Completecase made it far more difficult than it actually needed to be. I'm a patient, understanding individual, but Completecase is by far the worst experience I've had with a company. Save your time, money, and sanity, do it yourself or get a lawyer to help. Do not go with Completecase.

The service may be ok if the county you live in accepts on-line divorce. $299+$20 for mailing is an outrageous cost for divorce papers. Generic divorce papers can be found on line for free for any county. I understand the convince but now I have to pay a lawyer to get a dissalotion and to make sure the papers are correct. I should get $150 back. Nothing was accomplished. Now I'm inconvenienced. People do some research and Google EVERYTHING!! It's FREE!

The price is reasonable and fair. Met my expectations, thanks.

This company gave me step by step directions. My paperwork went through the court system first time. The cost was worth it. A lawyer was 4 times the amount. Try it.

This company is a scam they billed me double what they said it cost and nothing has been done on my divorce case! And they dont answer the phone! I am filing a complaint with the state attorney general and better business bureau.
